We are not dead, but we are changed.

Two main conception of eternity.  

There are two main conception of eternity, one is heaven or hell, the other is reincarnation. Which is right? whatever you believe , you are not very wrong. Because both are eternities you want to believe.

If you believe in heaven, you need to judge yourself and others, because entering heaven is done after judgement. You must be perfect to fit that judgement.

If  you believe in reincarnation, you do not need to judge yourself and others, you will get punished by karma. Karma is punishing you but not judge you because karma punishes you only the exactly amount of you bad. For example , if you hit somebody, you are to be hit by somebody someday. You will be treated as you treat others.   

Dependence and independence.

Why independence is important? Eternal life means you have independent spirits individually, if not , you can not be eternal, your sprit is split to others,distracted. How could yourself exist and be eternal?

For example, when you were in your mother's womb, you and your mother was not split. You did not have your own independent existence yet. You can call you yourself as one identity  after you were born. But that is not enough yet. When you were a child,  you were still dependent on your parents. After you became an adult, now you are independent, and you do not depend on your parents any more.  So you get to have your own personality to indicate yourself. That is independence. Everybody depends on at the beginning, but it is not forever.

Most of badness is to be caused by dependence. If you hit, kill, steal , that means you depend on their property  or intervene others independence seriously.  

 

Enrich your Ego. 

What is ego? Why is it important? Have you ever been forced to break your ego by someone? You must not confuse with ego, and selfishness. There are no people who do not have an ego. If you don't have an ego, that means you do not have a spirit. and you are not independent yet. The more you built your ego, the more you are close to a perfection.   

There are gold dusts in the sand. you extract them from the sand and you melt it to make a pure gold, and you can indicate it a gold. You can not say it gold yet unless it is independent from the sand.  

If your spirit is dependent on somebody, and you are not interested in making your ego, your spirit is not perfect yet. You can not have an eternal life. You will be scattered, wandered, agonized, because you don't have yourself, and you don't have any power.  

Your spirit is continued after your death, and you have new existence for your spirit. That existence is the one that fits for your spirit.  

That depends on how your sprit is independent. The more independent, you will be born as the better existence, whether it is heaven or reincarnation.

 

Guidance

 

These do and don'ts are not to let you obey, but this is to let you lead to a better place. Some are very subtle, and hard to keep. If you can not adapt yourself , you may not follow. Nobody is perfect. But you can use these as your wisdom when you lost.  

 

Do not depend on God.  

  There could be a god and God but not exactly they do not want you to depend on. If you are parents , you do not want your children depend on you seriously or permanently.  

Do not follow only miracles.

There is a miracle and you can also create miracle, but there is more  important thing than miracles, it is the truth. If you do not think it is reasonable, you have to quit to follow it in spite of all miracles.

Do not depend on medicine or surgery.

When you are sick, you could be healed naturally without medicine or surgery.  If you are really sure that you need them, you may use them, but it is not good that you depend on them though they are not quite necessary,    and you can be healed enough without them.  You have to live a healthy life not to be sick, researching some knowledge of what is a healthy eating.

When you are sick, the more important thing than depending on medicine is to know the cause you get sick, and remove the cause. If not,you can't be healed by medicine or though you are healed temporarily by medicine, you get sick again. There must have been something wrong in your life pattern, habit, eating and so on.  

Do not depend on  processed food.  

Processed food is the food you do not know how they are made from exactly, like you take medicine, so if you take what you do not know, it is depending on. Independence is you know what to do and don't and you can be free to choose it. If you do not know what it is , it can't be said independence.

There are artificial flavor in processed food that makes you eat what is not necessary , makes you far from what is necessary. You will eat though you are full, you will be hungry though you eat more because you are lack of necessity. This will lead you to a disease.

Do not criticize sex.

   Basic instinct is the way to find a truth, if we can not feel flavor we can not eat, and we can not survive, and moreover, we can know which food is good for your body through flavor. We can not depend on the science about everything we eat.  We have to eat what we feel tasty, that is a good food for our health.  If you eat without flavor or cheated by chemical flavor, it is like you sail without compass. You can not arrive at a place you should arrive.

   Like the flavor is important . so is sexual instinct. Like the flavor is a compass for your health, the sexual instinct  is a compass for you and the world. There are many sexual taboos in the world nevertheless most of them are not actually needed to be criticized or prohibited. You must follow the law of your country or state you belong to, whether it is wrong or right, but you have to know, criticizing a major personal instinct is one of the most big intervention on your independence.

  The result of karma that is obtained by pressing sex of oneself, and others is to be anticipated . They can be born in the unpeaceful circumstance, or they can be born in appearance without any charm. Beauty and charm is closely related to sex. If human beings do not any sexual activity, the beautiful appearance are not necessary.

Do not disguise your appearance

Cheating can not give you what you want in the end. If you have a plastic surgery, though someone likes you , you can not become happy.  Removing dots ,moles , scars  are not bad because it is returning.  

You can make you fabulous and you can wear jewels or splendid clothes, but make up belongs to cheating than fashion, you better not do it.

Do not make you look rich.  

Like make-up, if you look too rich it is a kind of cheating. Rich is not bad, but rich is  substantial,  than for being exposed. You have to rather hide it than reveal. If not you are surrounded by all the people who wants to depend on, and they never stop until you go broke. Like it is not good for you to depend on, it is not good either that you let yourself to become the one who someone depends on. 

Do not boast  your property in any reason. Boasting breaks the equal relationship. If you are not equal to others, the relationship is not flowing fluently.

Do not depend on materially to your family and friends.

Do not ask money though it is your family and friends, Families and friends are close to you, but that does not mean that you do not have to be independent from them.  No matter how they are close, independence is not the exception.     

Do not let your children grown only being cared of for the success of future, raise them to be independent though poor. Teach them to do all housework by themselves. And your property may be used for yourself enough.

Helping others appropriately is good, but you do not have to help more than needed materially. Your money is your's own.  

After use money enough for yourself, if remains , it is better you donate it to any place or to who need more than your children. If your money is used to who really needs, it will be return to you through your next life, but it does not become karma and return to you to give money who do not need it much just by the reason why they are close to you.

Do not destroy nature.

The nature is not only for yours but also for others too. Destroying common property is to intervene other's independence. .

Do not drive a car that creates a pollution.

If you can use an electric car that would not be bad, but the best thing is to use a subway and walking. This depends on whether your location is the area car is necessary, but mostly car is the means of  rather boasting your property than substantial.

Airplane is not prohibited though it is creating pollution, because there are no alternatives to go a long distance fast.

Do not bury death people in the ground and monument them.  

The body is nothing to be respected after dead, only you can respect is their spirit. If your family is dead, it is enough to burn and throw in the river or yard. The land is restricted and dead people are not restricted, burying in the ground is not a good way for the nature. If you miss your parents you can keep them in your picture, or anything you can souvenir by book or diary and so on.

But don't do it by any ritual. It is like you depend on god. This does not mean you have to leave your religion or break the tradition right away. If you think it is hard to change you may follow.  But you can wait until it is changed and do not involve in when you have a chance to avoid it, and you can quit succeed it to others.

Pray everyday.

Though it is not to God, or god, we can pray. We should pray everyday. Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable, and wish. That is a pray in Truthism. Empty your heart and unwish first, and wish again. Repeat unwish and wish, you can accomplish your wish.

Do not carry out bad to accomplish your pray. If you pray , all chances including bad could come to you to accomplish. If you carry out bad, it could be accomplished though, the pay will be back to you again by karma.

If you want pray long over hours, it is better way to walk with your eyes open. Find a quiet place with nature.  

 

Offering

Offering may not be forced , and opened to others . It must be autonomic. As a member of Truthism, there is a recommendable   offering 2% of revenue after excepting living expenses and taxes.
